We showed up a good hour before the place closed. We were only 2 people and the restaurant had lot of empty tables. Despite that, they made us wait around 15mn to get seated.
Then the food arrived and was not good at all. The Brussels sprouts were hard, like if they just made them a while ago and then reheated them in the microwave. The burger came with soggy fries (see picture), but the worse was the desert. We ordered a pizookie, and it looked like it was seating in the kitchen the whole day, arrived cold with barely any marshmallows in it. When we complained about it (see picture), they said it was our fault for driving late. Like… Excuse me ?!!
Service was also so bad that at some point I had to stand up and go get my drink refill at the bar by myself, because the waitress was nowhere to be seen.
I think w will go eat at another place from now on.

The go to place for lunch, dinner, late night eats. From finger food appetizers, prime rib, fish, pizzas, salads, drinks, desserts BJ’s offers an extensive menu of delicious selections for you to choose from! Make RSVP on weekends just in case!

Stopped by BJ’s Restaurant & Brewhouse near NewPark Costco after shopping, and it turned out to be a great meal. We ordered a variety of vegetarian dishes, including the Avocado Egg Rolls, Mozzarella Sticks, Spinach & Artichoke Dip, Vegetarian Deep Dish Pizza, BJ’s Brewhouse Bowl (with barbacoa cauliflower), and finished with the classic Chocolate Chunk Pizookie for dessert. Everything was fresh, flavorful, and served in generous portions. The Avocado Egg Rolls were crispy and delicious, the Vegetarian Deep Dish Pizza was loaded with veggies and perfectly cheesy, and the BJ’s Brewhouse Bowl was surprisingly hearty and satisfying. The Chocolate Chunk Pizookie was the perfect ending—warm, gooey, and absolutely worth ordering.
The service was friendly, the atmosphere was relaxed, and it’s an ideal place to grab a meal after a Costco shopping trip. I’ll definitely be back.

We had a great experience at BJ’s Restaurant thanks to Tom! He was attentive, friendly, and made sure everything came out perfectly. He checked on us just the right amount without being overbearing and had such a positive attitude the whole time. You can tell he really cares about giving great service. Definitely ask for Tom if you come here!
