We arrived about 9 minutes late for our tasting, but our driver called the winery approximately 30 minutes in advance to let them know we were running behind. Unfortunately, the way the situation was handled left a very poor impression.
When we arrived, our wine host was immediately dismissive and rude. I explained that we still had plenty of time for our tasting, and her response was, “You may have time, but we do not.” After that, she took her time before returning to us, making us feel unwelcome from the start.
At that point, we decided to leave without participating in the tasting. We never had the opportunity to try the wines, so this review is based solely on the customer service we experienced.
I understand that schedules are important, and we appreciated that the winery was notified in advance of our slight delay. However, hospitality is a big part of the winery experience, and we simply did not feel valued as guests. Based on this experience, I would not recommend this winery.

Came here today for the first time with a party of eight for a scheduled wine tasting. Our server Pamela seated us in a back room table for our tasting. The tasting area was dark and not very appealing. Pamela was not the best with her interpersonal skills and did not give our table a good experience. The tasting area was busy and we felt that Pamela was not attentive to our table as she was with others. The wines were not our favorite and this winery was the least favorite of the five new ones we visited this trip. At the end we were charged a mandatory 20% gratuity due to a group size. The service was not worth a 20% tip. I would not recommend this winery.

What a fabulous winery! The tasting area is outside in the sun and it was a really chill, relaxing time of tasting amazing wines. Kyle was very knowledgeable and he took the time to tell us about all the wines available. We thoroughly enjoyed our time at Benessere Vineyards and highly recommend you visit them!
