We purchased a used 2018 Toyota Corolla from this dealership in May, and the initial sales process was a good experience. Unfortunately, the follow-up after the sale was extremely disappointing.

On our drive home, we noticed a small crack/chip in the windshield and immediately contacted the dealership. We were told we could bring the vehicle back and they would take care of the windshield repair. However, there was very little follow-up regarding scheduling, and we repeatedly had to call to try to get the repair arranged.

After a couple of weeks, the small crack spread across the windshield, making a simple repair impossible and requiring the entire windshield to be replaced. We spoke directly with the used car manager, who again assured us that the dealership would take care of it and said he would call us back to schedule the replacement.

That call never came.

After approximately three months of trying to get this resolved and having our phone calls go unreturned, we finally gave up and paid to replace the windshield ourselves.

It is frustrating because this could have been a very positive review. We were happy with the vehicle and the sales experience, but the lack of communication and follow-through after repeatedly promising to address the windshield issue was extremely disappointing. If you tell a customer you are going to take care of something, especially immediately after a vehicle purchase, you should follow through.
