Great food, serene atmosphere, excellent service, reasonable prices and generous servings! Agree with the claim on their website “Best Indian Food in Redwood City”! Tucked away in a little shopping center in the RWC hills, we’ll have to spead the word so they’ll get the traffic they deserve!
Never tried “Momos” before, and they were outstanding appetizers! The biryanis are big enough to feed 3. Gulab Jamun dessert was a small, decadent, delicious dessert. Nepalese as well as Indian. With the 4 of us sharing dinner, every single dish was a winner!

Everything had a touch of sweetness, even the savory dishes. The butter chicken was especially sweet. It really didn’t work with my taste buds

What a surprise to find outstanding Indian and Nepali cuisine 3 minutes from my house. Entering the restaurant on my first visit last weekend, I was impressed by the refined atmosphere which is quiet and comfortable exuding quality. Starting with the chicken momos, we were amazed at the elegant presentation and delicious complex flavors. The service was excellent, especially with the recommendation to try the nut-stuffed eggplant curry (soft and packed with flavor in a delectable sauce!) The chicken tikka masala is as good or better than I’ve had anywhere, including India and Nepal. All of this outstanding, elevated cuisine at a price that made us smile with gratification. This is a restaurant experience not to be missed, treat yourself, you won’t be sorry.

Aroma House is a hidden gem! The food was fresh, flavorful, and beautifully prepared. Every dish was packed with authentic taste, and you can tell they take pride in the quality of their ingredients. The staff was friendly, attentive, and made us feel welcome from the moment we walked in.

The restaurant was clean, comfortable, and had a great atmosphere for a casual meal or special occasion. Portions were generous, prices were reasonable, and everything arrived quickly.

If you’re looking for delicious food and excellent service, Aroma House is definitely worth a visit. We’ll be back again soon!

I am rarely inspired to write reviews, but have to take the effort to give this restaurant a shout out. It’s a bit off the beaten path, in lower Emerald Hills. Well worth a drive.

It’s an Indian Nepalese restaurant with favorites from both countries. We lived in Asia for many years and this place is extremely authentic and tasty.

Our appetizer was Chicken Chili Momo, a Nepalese dish. So flavorful and perfectly spiced. A real standout.

For mains we had garlic Naan, Dahl, chicken Vindaloo and lamb Korma. The lamb was very tender and the sauce rich with cashews.

I am taking the time to write this review because the food was really delicious! If you like Indian food, you should definitely give it a try.
