Anthony was very patient looking at numerous properties anyone else would have given up on me, but he went the extra mile. His knowledge and negotiating skills of Real Estate are extensive. I would refer him to anyone seeking a House in our area if you are relocating or from a different county or state.

I decided to move to either Mendocino or Lake County. I was very fortunate to meet Anthony and made the astute decision to ask him to join in this search as my agent. I had developed a detailed list of the attributes that would define the selected property, both requirements and preferences. As we viewed the available houses, I developed a checklist of which attributes were exhibited and shared this list with Anthony. That provided a focus for our discussions and decisions if any one or several of the properties were close enough to deserve a visit.
During this process, Anthony became familiar with my preferences and was able to show me other aspects that I had overlooked by my perhaps overly detailed decision process. In the end, Anthony had generated a deep understanding of my interests so he was able to judge selections through my eyes and that led to a very successful selection. It was different than I had expected when we started the search and it is one that I may have not made without Anthony’s viewpoint and assistance.
Besides the assistance with the selection, Anthony handled the administrative part of the process – which has become quite extensive – with efficiency and thoroughness.
I would encourage anyone who is considering moving to either Mendocino or Lake Counties to see if Anthony is available.
