We are traveling and the front end of our 2015 Ford F150 was making a grinding noise. Angel’s took us right in at 8 am to check out the truck. They found a couple of small concerns, welded a piece back on, checked the brakes and suspension. We are very grateful for their help.

Dropped my car to get brakes looked at because it was pulling to the right. After half hour I came back and they said they couldn’t take the tire off because it would spin. I was told they would put it on a lift and see what was wrong. After over ten days of no phone call I went to get the car. Then I was told they were currently working on it. I demanded to know where it was. It was in the back parked behind a truck. No one working on it. Then they refused to give it back. Made me wait almost two hours until I got my man friend to come help me. Then and only then did they drive it to me. They had to move only one truck to do it. He said just because you want your car back doesn’t mean I have to do it now. What complete rudeness. The guy was in their writing up a work order and trying to charge me money. Well I didn’t authorize anything. So didn’t pay. It’s not fixed at all. It’s worse than ever and has parts gone. I drove it here from Sebastopol and it was fine. I’m reporting it to the Mechanic bar tomorrow. Ladies don’t bring your cars here. This place isn’t right. The car is a classic Volkswagen but they sure did me wrong with it.

The staff was courteous and professional. Pricing on tires and an alignment was better than other businesses I had contacted. I’m very pleased with the service I received and would highly recommend.
