Such a wonderful store full of all kinds of home decor, jewelry, the cutest knick knacks, and great cultural finds from clothes to spices and incense! Everyone was so friendly the owner was especially kind, going above and beyond to help me and my partner out!! It’s a must visit if you’re in the area 😀
WOW!!! WHAT A PERFECT GIFTING STORE
What a lovely store. Had a great experience. It’s such a sensory overload, but it’s so beautiful in such a nice, positive, possible way. You have knickknacks from all around the globe, a lot of local artisans featured here. Overall, it’s just the best place that you can go in Fort Bragg’s in Mendocino to pick up something if you have someone special and you want to make a gift.
My husband & I treasure our trips to the Mendocino Coast from our home in the SF Bay Area. No trip to that magical place would be complete without our visits to Ananse Village. The staff is ALWAYS welcoming, warm, & helpful. The store is a treasure trove of fantastic objects of craft & art from around the world, ethically sourced, & magnificently displayed. The owner Rebecca expertly curates vibrant collections that resonate with our love of all humanity, our earth, & this spiritual journey we call life. And what a delight it is to visit with Rebecca, to learn the story behind the items, to embrace & be embraced in inspiring conversation. Do yourself a favor & visit this unique & special place. Peace & love from Diana & James.
This is where i buy all my gifts! When shopping for my in-laws, my best friend or my kids, this is where I go. The inventory is bountiful. There are constantly new items. We bought beautiful and unique lamps for our home. Every time we turn them on, we smile. It’s fun to ask the owner, “where was this made?” India, Ghana, Vietnam, Mexico, Haiti are just a few of the places we have enjoyed buying items. Cards, silly/fun things, blankets, pillows, art, musical instruments! Nothing cheap and plastic. All high quality and hand made
Very beautiful items, but this store is for rich people. $50 for a used book and $70 for a thing for hummingbirds to sit on! The items aren’t worth the price tags they’re putting on them.
