Woke up early at Jug Handle. Honey still in the tent. With cold hands I got a small flame going, picked up camp, and even saw a shooting star. Sunrise came and my honey and I we both hauled into town and down to the harbor and onto the Sea Hawk and then atop the choppy Pacific Ocean swells and for seven hours I had the time of my life, caught no fish (I couldn’t catch one if my life depended on it though, so don’t use my lack of catching one as evidence of this being a bad tour—do it!)

I booked my family with AAA for a Christmas whale watching outing. We were a group of 11 and the boat wasn’t over crowded and very comfortable. Captain Tim let my mom sit in the cockpit with him which was really awesome. It was a beautiful day, honestly, it didn’t matter if I saw a whale or not- it was worth the $60 for the boat ride! It took a good 45 minutes to spot our first whale, which was awesome. We didn’t get too close but saw a handful.
Cap Tim is a great guide and was really helpful rescheduling and being flexible with my every changing group size.

Happy I booked a last minute crab charter for my son and I. They were very accommodating, welcoming, and knowledgeable. Every other client had fished with them regularly and raved about the combo trip too. The entire crew was friendly which if you’ve been on enough charters you know this can be rare. First mate Josh was kind and encouraging to my son and we got our limit. We will make sure to book a charter with All Aboard for every visit now.
