DO NOT let Dr Lamonica do surgery on you because if she messes up she will gas light you telling u it’s bullshit and then desert you to figure out the problem with other doctors that she works with that she feeds her side of the story. I have been absolutely traumatized and physically hurt and sickened by the result of my botched surgery and my 20’s were absolutely ruined by a doctor who sees herself so perfect that if someone says they are in pain she freaks out and storms out of the room to never be seen again. This is what happened to me. Not only did she botch my surgery but when she promised post operative care she lied about that too and was on vacation while i called number after number to figure out what to do about my stitches falling apart and bleeding out onto my bathroom floor. Funny how after 6 years you guys still can’t even make it right… To do something like this to a human being and just desert them like this when at the time i was only 24, now has been 5 years. you should all be ashamed of yourselves and I will continue to fight this until ive received proper treatment and you guys have received proper legal punishment with that fake little internal investigation u guys did without asking me a single question. Once i’m fully saved up to get my corrective surgery that i now i have to pay an arm and a leg for, better bet that even with all the shame and embarrassment this story will come out and it will ruin ur little small town reputation.

My husband called after visiting the ER and was referred by the ER doctor to this facility. The “lead” who answered the phone call laughed at my husband and responded “well we aren’t taking new patients.” When he asked for recommendations, she would not provide them or further assist my husband. I called after this interaction at 11:09 am and received the same unprofessional behavior. I notified her my husband called, and that we need to know where to look elsewhere. She was extremely short with me, unpleasant, and only provided recommendations for care after I reciprocated her tone and reminded her that as a “lead” that this is part of her job. After receiving a somewhat alarming diagnosis at the ER, laughing at my husband and refusing to help was completely unacceptable. I hope that her unprofessionalism is addressed, and I plan to follow up with a formal complaint during business hours. No patient should be treated as such.

Appointment canceled due to bad weather. Disappointed that nothing was done to renew my medications and I have to wait until April. Which means I’ll be out of meds for over 2 months very disappointed in the way it was handled. We think LaMonica is a wonderful doctor. We are surprised that her receptionist was not more aware about medications
