Dr. Rice and the doc in emergency were FABULOUS.
A wonderful nurse even walked me to Dr. Rice’s office access the street! Serenity was her name!

The staff was very kind, professional and thorough. The atmosphere was calming. The wait time for the doctor was very long, but it’s an emergency room that can be expected when you’re just there for dehydration. Overall was a great experience and I would definitely go again if I needed to!

I agree with others about the inefficiency of the registration process regarding the lab. As someone who recently retired from healthcare I’ve seen several lab operations. This was the different than any I’ve seen. I was able to checkin pretty quickly but didn’t realize I was in a queue to be registered. The wait to be registered was about twenty minutes. Then the registration took about 10. I was then in line for the lab which fortunately was able to get me in about 5 minutes later. Please let your patients know when they check in what is actually going to happen to set the expectations.
Just a heads up to communicate clearly and streamline the workflow where possible. I imagine this may be resolved as workflows change as EPIC is implemented.
The staff was friendly so no issues there!

My uncle was admitted here in the ICU and they didn’t have much hope but they let my mom stay with him and treated her so well and because of their kindness she was able to stay with my uncle for two weeks and he recovered enough to come home and start treatment at home. My moms is very grateful for the staff here

Dr. Jung is an amazing Doctor. I like how he listens to me and my concerns. I like how he trys to tackle all my concerns to make sure ky health and well being are in good standing. He literally is one of the best doctors i have ever met. He is a great asset to your clinic. Also I want to thank his staff. They all mirror Dr..Jung and are very nice,helpful and compassionate. A big thank you to all I came across during my last visit
