It was an informative appointment. It’s always nice to hear that it’s not all in your head. Receptionist was kind and professional also. I’m waiting to hear from the specialist I was referred to.
I knew he was a bit brusk, but I respected him and had heard good things about him until my last visit. Two cataract surgeries, both eyes still giving me trouble after 6 and 8 weeks. Peripheral bluuriness and flashing “lights”. With each visit and two assistants taking eye measurements my 20/70 rating was all over the board, 20/30, then 20/60 in both eyes, then in with the doctor and suddenly I am supposed to to have 20/20 with both eyes open.He never really explained how there could be so many differences or why why the peripheral is still blurry or the flashes or why my eyes are now watering, none of which I had before the surgeries. Nor did he seem to take me seriously, but kept saying, “The surgery is perfect”. Now I am reaching out to my last doctor in Sacramento to get his opinion. Very frustrated.
It was a good appointment, but I think it could have been a Great visit if I was given a written patient plan. also the presciptions were Not ready at the pharmacy and after our long drive home I still now four days later do not have the refills!
I waited almost an hour in the office while other people came in after me with later appointments. When I finally asked what was going on they claimed I hadn’t checked in. My receipt proved otherwise. By then the doctor was late for surgery and I felt he didn’t even listen to my questions or concerns. It was a relief to get a diagnosis, but I will seek treatment elsewhere.

It was excellent! On time, greeted warmly, all my issues discussed, explained and understood.
