My appointment went well. The only issue I had was when I tried to create an account with the cost plus app I was not able to find the specific medication that the doctor prescribed, and I had issues with not being able to sign in after creating the account. As a result, I have not been able to get my prescription as of yet. Otherwise, the appointment was great. Thank you

It all went well…receptionist was friendly and efficient, wait time was short, practitioner listened to my concerns and addressed them. I felt cared for, was given information that was helpful and there was enough time given to my appointment for me to feel relaxed and at ease. Thank you.

There is no patient advocacy anymore. Two more doctors are leaving Aug. 1 (one of them, mine), I’ve had 3 in a year and a half. Joe Martin used to be my doc but he’s in Immediate Care now. So who’s next, I’m old and I can’t go to Willits or Ukiah. Tired of this inattention from Adventist. It now seems, up to me to conjure up a new doctor…

I had a very positive experience with the provider who saw my baby at immediate care. My baby was not feeling well, and as a mom, that’s always stressful but the provider made me feel heard, supported, and reassured throughout the visit.
They were gentle and patient with my baby, which I really appreciated. They took the time to listen to my concerns, explained everything clearly, and made sure I understood what was going on and what to watch for at home. I never felt rushed, and they showed genuine care and compassion.
I also appreciated how thorough they were in assessing my baby and making sure nothing was overlooked. Their calm and kind approach really helped ease my anxiety.
Overall, I’m very grateful for the care we received and would feel comfortable seeing this provider again or recommending them to other parents.
