Had to go to the ER for my son’s elbow injury and the team was incredibly responsive, caring, and made sure we were attended to quickly. The personal attention they gave our little one, including the thoughtful toys they gifted him, made a stressful ER visit so much more comforting.

The front-line staff has some truly kind and dedicated people, but the administrative failures and quality of care my family member experienced were completely unacceptable. A rural community deserves reliable, dignified care—not bureaucratic indifference. It is disturbingly unfortunate that patients and families are left with no real solutions.

This is my first ER visit in my life and I’m really glad I decided to go.
I had very severe vomiting due to pregnancy. Couldn’t eat or drink for three days and yet decided to go on a vacation to Mendocino as planned. (bad decision tho)
All the staffs are very accommodating. Got admitted right away, IV plugged in and stuffs.
Shout out to the nurses, staffs, Dr. Dolan and Dr. Wilke.
They really tried their best to find a solution to make me feel better.
I was finally able to get out ER, feeling like myself again and enjoyed the last few hours in Mendocino.

My experience was outstanding. Madeline the RN and Dr Wilke were very accommodating, thorough and showed true concern for my health issue. I did not have to wait long and the receptionist was great too. While it isn’t a great experience to go to the emergency room while on vacation, I can say that I was very pleased with my visit. Thank you!
