We visited the Dawson Center at Adventist Health Howard Memorial today, and the experience was outstanding. From the moment we checked in to the moment we left, the staff received us with utter kindness and care.
The nurses and the Nurse Practitioner were absolutely amazing. They took their time with us, never making us feel rushed, and gave us exceptional guidance. It was incredibly comforting to feel that they genuinely understood our situation and were thoroughly concerned with providing the best possible care.
