I would not recommend this food truck if you’re looking for fresh, healthy Mediterranean food. I ordered a bowl, and the rice looked and tasted old, as if it had been sitting for several days. The vegetables were heavily fried in oil instead of being fresh, and the entire bowl was covered with an excessive amount of white sauce that completely overpowered the flavor. Overall, the meal was greasy, disappointing, and far from what I expect from Mediterranean cuisine. Based on my experience, I won’t be coming back. The photos speak for themselves.

I found this food truck on Yelp and it was a short walk away from Shasta Regional, so I thought why not give it a try. I ordered the mixed plate and requested spicy. There was no one in the little parking lot when I arrived and the food was made fresh, and took about 10 minutes. The plate was huge! Enough to feed at least 2 ppl with maybe a few bites leftover. The flavor is fantastic and the spice was just right. I’m from the Bay Area, and I was impressed with the prices too. I made it a point to come back the following day, it was that good.

My daughter husband and I had a wonderful time. It was a delicious lunch. We had lamb bowls highly recommend very nutritious. Very good service. And of course, delicious food and for those of you that like spice, they do have small containers of hot sauce

Good customer service, food came fast. But the dish was missing some ingredients, tomatoes and cucumbers. Lamb was seasoned well but the rest really needed more flavor, especially acid. Great price for portion though. Unfortunately I wouldn’t come again. I wanted fresh, but it was more like comfort food, not what I wanted, and I unfortunately wouldn’t come again.
