The Zero Junk team was great! I called and scheduled an appointment for the next day. The team arrived in the first half of the arrival window and sent a text when they were on their way. Their pricing was fair and they were quick to remove the items I needed. We will use them again!

Habitat for Humanity ReStore is a wonderful organization. They take gently used furniture and household items and put them directly into the hands of families rebuilding their homes. There’s something really special about knowing your donation is going straight to someone starting fresh. The whole crew was great, but I want to give a special shoutout to Christine, who I coordinated with by text throughout the process. She was diligent, professional, and thoughtful every step of the way. She kept me updated on when the pickup crew would arrive, and she answered every question quickly, completely, and with a genuinely great attitude. Thank you, Christine, for making this such a smooth and rewarding experience!

We used Zero Junk for a full residential cleanout before a major renovation. They coordinated with our contractor’s schedule seamlessly, arrived exactly when planned, and had the house cleared and ready for demo day without any overlap or delay. Communication was excellent throughout. If you’re planning a renovation, coordinate your junk removal through these guys first. They streamlined everything, and did a great job too.
