I had a bit of a dental emergency late in the afternoon on a Friday. After a frantic phone call, the staff at Willits Modern Dentistry got me seen by one of their amazing dentists; it could have been very easy for them to ask me to come back on Monday. Instead, I walked into a beautiful, clean, and professional office, only to be greeted by kind and knowledgeable staff. They worked together as a team to get me into a chair quickly.

The dentist who stayed to see me was extremely gracious, and did a wonderful job of explaining each step before performing the work he was doing. He even went the extra step of doing an additional x-ray in order to confirm his suspicions as to what was happening (or, in this case, not happening).

Come to find out, it wasn’t a dental emergency at all. Instead of rolling their eyes at me (which, again, they could have easily done), everyone was very nice and happy that I wasn’t having a dental emergency. I was in and out within 30 to 45 minutes.

I cannot recommend Willits Modern Dentistry enough. They are professional, knowledgeable, efficient, and personable. If you have questions, call them! You won’t be disappointed!

This dental office has been the best experience ever! I had some difficult dental issues that needed to be worked out in a short amount of time and both doctors as well as all the staff were able to execute the necessary procedures promptly.
