If I could I would give this non accomodating unfriendly place no stars!! All I wanted was a piece of toast with some butter on it and instead I got toast with gobs of butter that I couldn’t eat! When I took it back to the lady she refused to remake it and instead said she would give me a refund. I said, fine. When I looked at my online bank statement, she had given me the refund. Then later on, when I looked at my bank statement it showed she reversed the refund:-( Out of principality, I disputed the charge with my bank because I never got what I paid for. The small amount didn’t matter to me but she was dishonest and not how you treat customers. Then my friend wanted to share her sandwitch with me so I went in to see if she had something I could cut it in half with and she said no we don’t have knives here, really?? The said sandwich by the way was $21.00. This place is way over priced and the woman was very unfriendly and rude. If you feel you have to eat there, I would only pay them cash! I would not use a card!
Not very accommodating or friendly. A simple sandwich with turkey, lettuce and onions on whole wheat bread was $21.00 . No cheese, avocado or bacon, or chips. They would not cut the sandwich when I came back and asked so I could share with my friend. It was cut in half but the friend only wanted 1/4 of the sandwich. Nor would they cut it for me. They would not give me a plastic knife to cut it. They “ran out of beer.” Told me to get it at a grocery store about 1/4 mile away. Awful service.
I did not like the staff here. Literally everything was a no. It wasn’t just a no, they had a bad attitude about it too. My kid wanted cookies and cream ice cream. Their container was low but there was more than enough for a scoop and they refused to sell it to me. My kid wanted a slice of cheese pizza, they had only a few slices of pepperoni but refused to make a cheese pizza to sell by the slice and sell me a slice. They gave me a hard time about getting water to fill our water bottles. They don’t have ice or a bathroom or WiFi. I would not come back here. They don’t understand what hospitality is
I ordered a tri tip sando I was surprised
It was $20.50.. Dry and over cooked/microwaved, the tri tip tasted like it it was marinated in Taco Bell sauce. The bread was soggy. I usually devour all foods and never complain. In fact this is the first negative review I’ve left anywhere since 2013.
I will be going to IP market in Inverness instead of this place when I’m craving a sando. Trust me when I say this go anywhere but this place.
This place was the least busiest when we wanted to eat. Just a simple place that was clean with a large room, that would accommodate a lot of people, just not many tables. They weren’t serving Mexican food that day, I was disappointed. Although the crab cake sandwich was delicious and I would have missed out. They were also awesome enough to make my wife a salad, that was not on the menu, she doesn’t eat bread. Also they have the best selection of HARBIO gummies I have ever seen. HARBIO was Michael Jackson’s favorite candy. Go here first when in town. You won’t regret it. You are in for a whale of good service here.
