I’m honestly amazed by how poorly this office handled such a simple situation.

I called the office specifically to ask whether they had a periodontist. Their call center told me yes. I relied on that information, cancelled an appointment I already had at another clinic, and came to this office instead — only to be told, after I arrived, that they don’t actually have a periodontist!

Mistakes happen. What is much harder to understand is the complete lack of accountability afterward.

I spoke with the office manager, expecting her to at least acknowledge that giving patients completely incorrect information about the specialists available at the office is a problem. Instead, she seemed remarkably unconcerned. There was no meaningful apology, no attempt to fix the misinformation, and no effort to contact or coordinate with the call center to make sure the same mistake doesn’t happen to the next patient.

Apparently, telling patients that a specialist exists when the office doesn’t have one is not considered important enough to correct.

I wasted my time, cancelled an appointment elsewhere, and ended up exactly where I started — except now I have even less confidence in this office.

If you’re going to have a call center answering questions about your medical services, the bare minimum would be making sure they actually know what services you provide. And if they give a patient completely wrong information, the bare minimum would be taking responsibility for it.

Very disappointing experience. The misinformation was bad enough. The manager’s complete lack of concern was worse.

Truly an amazing experience. All the staff and assistant were so kind and friendly. Such a great dentist as well who really cares about your needs. Would highly recommend. If you are someone who doesn’t like the dentist or gets anxiety about going, this is the place to go because of how comforting and understanding they are. I’ve heard of many people who love their experience here :).
