Came to pick up a prescription that my doctor sent out yesterday. She said they didn’t have anything ready for me so I asked if there was anything pending since it was sent yesterday. She asked what was prescribed so I asked her again to check if there was anything pending. But she asked me to tell her what was prescribed. Unfortunately I had to tell her in front of my kids in the car. As soon as I told her she immediately said they would have it ready in 20 minutes.
Not sure why she would out me on the spot if she clearly saw it was pending and it was sent yesterday. So unprofessional, will definitely switch pharmacy from now on!

The pharmacy never calls to let you know your prescription is ready. They’re extremely rude when you’re trying to get your prescription that they were supposed to call that’s been out for over a month. Do not mess with women in menopause!!!!! Absolutely the worst place EVER!!

Went to pick up my Ozempic. Email says quantity: 3 available for pickup. Any reasonable adult would think it means 3 pens. No. Apparently, it means 3 ml. Either one of two things is happening. The pharmacy techs are lying to me, and they’re intentionally being deceptive…highly unlikely. Or…their system is unclear, which makes it look like it’s intentional, which seems more likely. Either way, I’ll be switching pharmacies. I paid a premium price and didn’t get premium service. When you go there, make sure you know exactly what you’re getting to avoid being ripped off.
