We had a wonderful dinner at Vue in Gualala. The staff was genuinely friendly and made us feel welcome from the moment we arrived. The cocktail was freshly made and perfectly balanced.
The highlight of the evening was the pork osso bucco. It was incredibly tender, literally falling off the bone, and full of flavor—easily one of the best dishes I’ve had in a long time.
To complement our meal, we enjoyed a lovely old vine Zinfandel that paired beautifully with the food. Watching the sunset from the restaurant while enjoying great wine and an outstanding dinner made for a truly memorable evening.
If you’re in the area, I highly recommend stopping by. Great food, great drinks, beautiful views, and excellent service!

The views and ambiance was amazing. It was a welcome stop after the hours of driving and through the windy forest for dinner.
The pasta pescatore I thought was a tad bit too salty, which can accumulate on you as you finished the whole dish. I was also disappointed that the biggest clam of the 3 I had wouldn’t open and they weren’t able to open it up when I asked.
Osso Buco was delicious. The clam chowder was also delicious and tasted perfect to me. The blackened salmon that was seasonal with the orzo rice was also delicious.
The meditterean burger was a big miss since they first forgot to give the fries, it was missing lettuce, the basil and sumac from what I heard (inside the patty) wasn’t detectable. The little pickle there I guess is more for garnish? To compensate they took it off the bill though.

Beautiful views! The Osso Buco is incredible. The Staff greeted me right away. I sat at the bar and Bartender was super friendly and attentive. Lots of locals chatting…a really inviting, convivial vibe! I would definitely come back!

We hosted our wedding reception at the Vue in their small room. With 19 people, it was a little bit of a squeeze, but it worked out great! The service was stellar, and everything went extremely well. Of course the view was amazing. The staff of the Vue worked with our local vendors to get stuff set up beforehand, too. My favorite part was the asparagus risotto they served along with the catch of the day.

We came rather late on a Thursday night after being turned away at a different restaurant and the staff was so polite and accommodating. The atmosphere was fancy, warm and cozy but kid friendly as we brought our seven month old baby and no one seemed to mind. The food was incredible, we all finished our plates and they offered me a birthday dessert but we were just too full and satisfied for more. Thank you so much. One of my best meals and we came all the way from Boston.
