I had a great experience getting my oil change. Jonathan, my service advisor, was very friendly and welcoming. He answered all of my questions, made the paperwork easy, and kept everything running smoothly from start to finish. The cashier was also very welcoming and had a great sense of humor, which made the visit even more enjoyable. Everyone at the service center was friendly, and the environment was clean, comfortable, and inviting. Overall, the whole process was quick, easy, and stress-free. I will definitely be coming back for future service.

I brought my 2021 Chevy Colorado in to get some warranty work done on a thermostat and cooling fan. That checked out great. I also requested to have my alignment fixed and paid out of pocket for that. All said and done I get the truck back and alignment wasn’t done but I was told it was and paid for it. They had the truck for 4 days had to wait on parts for the warranty totally understand that. But the alignment wasn’t re set. Pretty disappointing that I paid for a service they didn’t even do.
I’ll be going to a different dealer ship next time. Sucks because I live so close to this location.
