Bought a mattress from Vern’s years ago and it was time for a new one so we went back and realized our mattress was still in warranty, so we went ahead and started the process to see if we would get approved for a new one. They first told me it would take two weeks to see if we were approved or not, called in at two weeks because I hadn’t heard from them and they said it will actually take 3-5 weeks, so I called again at five because I still hadn’t heard anything. Then finally at five weeks I call and they say they can’t find our email with the photos or the claim, I was frustrated obviously because it had been five weeks and didn’t want to start the process over. They ended up finding the email and photos and then said we were approved, then finally we order the mattress and they say okay it will be in and delivered by end of month, here we are almost two weeks into April and supposed to be delivered between 1-3 so I rescheduled my whole day around this delivery and then called to say it actually would be anytime between 1-4. Then finally, got the mattress delivered and they delivered the wrong size and will not get us the size we ordered so the king size mattress will not fit on our California king sized bed frame. So frustrating from start to finish working with them, will NEVER do business with them again!

Just bought a couch here and had a great experience. The staff were kind and helpful, the man who rung us up was genuine and has worked there 20+ years. Our couch was a great price and we got free delivery in under 3 days. We will be back for more things in the future.
