I had the breakfast burrito with their house-made chorizo and it was very good! The chorizo was flavorful and savory, perfectly paired with the eggs and other fillings — hearty and satisfying. They provided two house-made hot sauces on the side: one was a delicious berry hot sauce that was nicely balanced with sweet and spicy notes. Both sauces were good, though I personally like a bit more heat, so next time I might ask for extra or bring my own to amp it up.The portions are generous, the ingredients taste fresh, and everything came out hot and well-prepared. Add in the friendly service and cozy neighborhood vibe, and Valentina’s Kitchen feels like a true hidden gem in American Canyon. It’s quickly becoming one of my favorite spots for breakfast/brunch. Highly recommend — I can’t wait to go back and try more items like the churro waffles or chilaquiles!”

We came to Valentina’s Kitchen for the first time after my boyfriend’s work event, and it was such a wonderful experience. Chantel was an excellent server—kind, attentive, and able to anticipate our needs before we even had to ask. Her service truly stood out and made us feel so welcomed.

We ordered the chilaquiles, mimosas, pesto chicken sandwich, and eggs Benedict, and everything was incredibly fresh, flavorful, and beautifully prepared. You can really tell they care about quality ingredients and attention to detail. We also loved that they offered their own handmade complimentary sauces to spice things up—such a unique and thoughtful touch.

Between the outstanding service, delicious food, and warm atmosphere, we’ll definitely be back. Highly recommend!

Came here on a whim and ended up being one of favorite meals in a long time. Great service and phenomenal food. The flavors are amazing! Our waitress was awesome! Very helpful and attentive. Will definitely recommend this place

We went here for breakfast. First off, the food here is phenomenal. Great flavor. But unfortunately, I’m going to have to break this 5 star streak due to customer service.

This is a cute, quaint place. Clearly a heartfelt small business. The food is intentionally put together.

I must of came on a day that they were short staffed or the young man that was on the floor as our server wasn’t a server, but had to be that day.

When we arrived, we were immediately sat by one of the bussers. At the same, another party was being sat as well. They received menus and we did not. I went up to the hostess stand and asked for menus, no problem.

He took our order then the service started going downhill. I ordered black coffee and had to ask for it again 10 minutes after. It still took a long time an he brought it out with cream. He asked my partner if he wanted water then did not come back with it until we asked again. That still took a long time.

The food was brought out. We ordered two entrees, mine with toast. He forgot my partners toast and never brought it out even though we saw it sitting in the counter. Doesn’t every entree with eggs come with toast??

There was another lady there clearing off a larger table. She didn’t seem to be checking on any other tables around her even though it was obvious that the young man serving us had zero experience.

I used to own a restaurant, so I tend to notice a lot of details. The restaurant was about 75% full and many of the mistakes made were simple. Prioritization is key when serving at any restaurant.

Like I said, the food was AWESOME. It’s a shame that the service wasn’t great.

My friend and I visited Napa for the wine train tour and discovered this adorable, quaint, family owned restaurant. Upon chatting with the host, we discovered it’s named after their 6 year old daughter, Valentina. The food is so good we chose breakfast here two of the 3 mornings we were in town. The owners, David and Blanca, have established a gem that we plan to make an annual trip for, mind you, we’re from Indianapolis, IN. Add this to your list. You won’t be disappointed!
