They said no matter what your appointment time said they don’t do loading until after 3:30 pm I have night blindness should not be driving through the night especially Donners I did tell them this but no one cares especially not my company who keeps putting me on loads doing just that. The gentle man who checks you in is a really nice guy I know he couldn’t help what the loaders said and the guy whom loads the truck kept calling me a him I’m very much look like a woman mother to 6 and grandmother to 2 that is very missed up

Arrived at 0830 the night before my appointment. Have overnight parking, just back into a dock to park! In the morning…check in and tell them what dock you are in.
Super friendly staff!
When it’s busy and the business across the way is busy, can be very tight to get into a dock.
Have a public scale at the end of the street (at the cul-de-sac), have to pay cash only $18.00.
They will load you heavy but will keep you California legal!

Shipped 180 cases of personal beverage from California to North Carolina. We had shrink wrapped 5 pallets. Personnel were very professional and friendly and were prepared for our arrival. Shipment was very prompt for delivery to NC and we picked them up discovered they took the time to put additional shrink wrapped for the trip. Highly recommended.
