It’s not bad but it’s also not good.
Everything was done right here except flavor.
I have never in all my cross country travels and travels overseas… had ramen that was completely flavorless.. I thought I was having a medical emergency and even checked what symptoms of taste loss were..
This place got everything right but broth had absolutely no flavor not to mention it wasn’t even warm.. it was near tap water temperature. I know ramen shouldn’t be boiling hot or even hot for that matter so the noodles that are cooked separately don’t over cook but at bare minimum it could have been warm. Noodles are excellent in texture and you can taste they’re scratch made and not from a plastic bag. I was also given two bottles to add chili oil and a salt brine… I should have dumped that whole salt brine bottle.
This place could even compete with other big ramen powerhouses in major cities…. When it gets flavor to the broth.. cute place overall.
Absolutely delicious ramen! I had the Tonkotsu Ramen w a Spice Bomb and my husband ordered the Vegan Tonkotsu. Side of kimchi was sold out. For dessert we had the chocolate pot de creme and the cream puff. Very tasty as well. The best part of our dining experience in addition to the food was the staff. Courteous and professional service provided by Danny and Chris. They are a great team. Sitting area and the open kitchen seemed to be meticulously clean, and both Danny and Chris ran the restaurant as if it were their own. The owner should ve very, very proud of them. I’d definitely recommend this tasty place that offers great service!
I don’t throw out for or five stars easily. We went here because I saw a bunch of good reviews online. My wife and I both got the seared tuna on a bed of salad and we both enjoyed it thoroughly. My nephew got the seared salmon on a bed of salad. And he also really enjoyed his. We didn’t get to try there in House made Ramen. but we will definitely be back. We would all recommend this restaurant.
Oh my goodness! What a wonderful experience we had! The food was amazing and the service and atmosphere were so welcoming and homey. We had the classic Tonkotsu (crazy good pork belly) and the White Miso Chicken Ramen bowls which were both out of this world with rich complexity and depth. We also had the John Ford Fillet Tapa and the Salmon Tapa (delicious crispy skin!) each cooked perfectly by Danny (who was able to tell us everything that was in them!) and served with really tasty sauce, vegetables and salad. Our waiter, Aiden, was so friendly and knowledgeable about the different sakes they have. Prices are super reasonable. These are dishes that would take you hours and hours to make at home (the broth! the pork belly!) and honestly, they would be really hard to make this good. If you want really special food and a great night out, we highly recommend Ramen Cubed!!! We will be back for sure.

Perhaps I just had a cold bad batch

Such a nice stop on our road trip.
Ramen was warm, rich but not heavy
Tuna tasted really fresh
Pesto pasta was super flavorful
Everything felt fresh and thoughtfully made.
Would happily come back again.
