Everyone was nice! The front desk girls and Dr. Philips were very attentive towards my needs. Big shoutout to Nicole for doing my cleaning, she was very friendly and did such a good job

I don’t usually bother to write a review, but Ukiah Dental Dentist has the worst customer service. They opt for communication via text only, which would be ok if they knew how to operate the system. It is near impossible to reschedule an appointment. I have a string of text over 6 weeks with no resolution.

My experience in the office I give an A+ the waiting room is beautifully decorated with lovely music in the background. The front desk assistant was very kind and polite with a smile. Didn’t wait too long to see the Dr. He also was polite and kind, reminded me of my childhood dentist. Seems like he has a lot of experience and wisdom. I was recommended by a friend to see him. They say he is the best dentist in Ukiah/willits area

Dr Phillips is extraordinarily kind and empathetic. I felt he was always looking out for my best interest. Their office staff is super flexible and accommodating. I can’t recommend Dr Phillips and his office staff enough. Why go elsewhere?

Dr Phillips is personable, knowledgeable and thorough. My cleaning was well done and I’m very impressed how they removed my tartar build up, and stains along my gum line without pain or discomfort. In my past experiences with dentists I felt I was being up sold and hustled for additional unnecessary products/procedures.
Dr. Phillips and his team are honest and straightforward, I highly recommend them.
