My experience is always to get propane filled always a wait. Like 15 except when the young woman is working. Always all employees dealt with were friendly and helpful

Arman was rude the entire time I was in the store trying to buy boxes. I would ask where something is and he would reply rudely like, “they’re right in front of you.”, or, “single boxes are on the other side.” When I went to check out i had to pay with both cash and card. He was upset by this and was slamming the keyboard while trying to cancel the transaction and sighing the whole time. He was also shaking his head and being surly overall. There was no need for him to be so rude.

I went to get propane, and the gentleman was very quick and tolerant of my stupidity because I only got .7 gallons, which I thought that I had way less In in reality I didn’t know how to read the dial so great job and thank you for your patience

I rented a trailer at the U-haul Eureka. I did the checkin online, the whole process to hook the trailer to my car took less than 15 mins. Staff was great and answered to all my questions. The trailer was well maintained. I do recommend this store.
