We had lunch and dinner at TRUSS. Lunch was great, server was really friendly and helpful. For dinner, it was more hectic. Waited for the food and the check. Food was quite good though.

An Exhilarating Experience at the Four Seasons Truss right on the Silverado Trail. She absolutely loved the indoor – outdoor Calistoga living room modern airy atmosphere with fire pits all around and panoramic views of the vineyards and Palisades Mountains. After an exclusive wine tasting experience at the onsite lovely Elusa vineyards and some charming outdoor games of six in a row and cornhole, we had built up an appetite and the Cuisine at Truss was top notch in taste & presentation. A Farm to Table concept is rooted in the French inspired Californian epicurean delights at hand and complimented with that is a solid, polite and attentive service which makes for a sublime experience.

The restaurant was absolutely delicious. I had both dinner and breakfast there, and everything was wonderful. The staff was very attentive and welcoming.
I especially loved the burrata salad and the pasta both were exceptional. Thank you for thoughtfully finding a non-alcoholic wine option for me. I truly appreciated that attention and care.

If you hear TRUSS has the best burgers, believe them. From the vin to the double beef patty and the fixings, just delicious! And the Grilled Cheese and Tomato Soup is amazing!. I will be back for lunch brunch and dinner!
