Tower23 was the perfect location for our Fall Break family vacation. We hit the beach every morning for a sunrise walk before starting our day. The room was incredibly clean and the staff was incredibly friendly. We’ll definitely come back.

Exceptional stay. Front desk, concierge & housekeeping deserve 10 stars!
From the moment we pulled up to Hotel 23 straight from the airport, the team made us feel warmly welcomed. The check-in process was fast and completely seamless. Since we arrived early, they held our luggage and gave us access key to the rooftop lounge, along with complimentary beach towels, chairs, and an umbrella to use while we headed out. When we finally returned to our room later, our luggage was already waiting inside for us.
The next day was my birthday, and housekeeping surprised us with a beautiful birthday display and a bottle of champagne in the room. We don’t drink alcohol, so when I called the front desk to return the bottle, they thoughtfully offered to send up fresh mocktail mojitos instead, and they really hit the spot!
To top it all off, our room was just steps from the beach and truly fed my soul. This was easily one of the best hospitality experiences we’ve ever had, and we cannot wait to come back!

Pros: Excellent location right on the boardwalk and ocean. Views of the ocean especially from the room were wonderful. Bed was very comfortable. Staff was friendly and helpful. Valet parking was well run. Room was very clean and housekeeping stopped by daily.
Cons: Room layout was a bit odd. While clean, rooms are semi outdated. Electrical outlets were older and did not work properly at all times. Bed only had stand on one side so no place to put things for second person if needed. Deep bathtub shower which could be difficult to get in and out of. No direct place to hang towels when showering close by.
Not necessarily a con, but it can be noisy at night but to be expected with area and location.
Really enjoyable stay and would stay again.

It’s been a long time since i had service this outstanding. It’s a reminder of why small boutique hotels offer such a higher level of tailored service vs the giant hotels out there. The ocean view room was incredible – but my favourite part was how nice the concierge and front desk lady was. She hooked us up with free beach towels, boogie boards, chairs, umbrellas, and water. This is standard at this hotel – and it made our trip so much fun and convenient. Right in front of the hotel were surfers, and plenty of awesome waves to ride. it was truly memorable watching my kids play in the waves, and the added value of all the free stuff they leant us made is so worth while. All of the staff here are incredible – from the valet, to the housekeeping, everything was amazing. THANK YOU for such an incredible experience

I absolutely enjoyed my stay. The location, rooms, and views were spectacular. I sincerely appreciate Victor for upgrading my room to one with a better view, as well as the complimentary bottle of Prosecco to celebrate my birthday. It was so unexpected and made my birthday extra special! Thank you to the entire staff—and especially Victor—for being so polite, patient, and generous. I can’t wait for my next visit!
