Good food, and dishes that are unusual for Mexican restaurants in our area. I’ve been there twice. I’ve tried the torta ahogada de carnitas (sandwich in a broth, with the broth poured over it) and the lonches de tinga. Both were very good. The service is excellent. The setting is okay. There is nice outdoor seating, though it is near a moderately busy road. They had a couple of craft beers on tap that aren’t on the regular menu. For example, they had Cooperage keg slayer (West coast IPA from a local brewery).
Lunch was awesome. I had the Torta Ahogadas Carnitas and my wife had the Lonches de Asada, both were very flavorful. Service was great and very personable.
Omg!!! I have my dream come true with this place. Not only they have my favorite Torta ahogada made just like in Guadalajara, the fried tacos and the jericalla are just like there. The customers service is amazing and very friendly. I know this is one of the times I will be here. Thank you for opening this amazing restaurant.
