I arrived about 15 minutes before close (later than I like to go into stores but that’s how the day ended up working out). There were three women working and they helped me find the perfect shirt for an event I’m going to tomorrow!
AND I checked out about one minute before close because they had the perfect item in mind for what I needed.

I used to love going to this location but the new manager, Katie, is incredibly rude. I used to go only to this store, but since I’ve dealt with Katie a few times (I hoped maybe she just had a bad day), I will do just about anything to not go to this location.
Katie is so rude, not just unfriendly, but straight rude. If you hate people and hate your customers then why do you work in customer service.
I now refuse to go to this location and have told my friends to avoid this store.

I love Torrid and drive down from Humboldt county to go to the one in Santa Rosa.
I walked in today and omg, the customer service was awful. Check out was the worst, the lady didn’t communicate with me at all so I had no idea if she was going to check me out so I walked away to look at jewelry and then she started checking me out and asked for my number to start the transaction while I was looking elsewhere in the store. She answered the phone and stopped checking me out, she stopped again to help her coworker do something on a tablet then she came back. I tried to figure out my torrid cash with her and she started talking to her coworker about non work stuff, interrupting me, and never asked what I was saying so I didn’t get to finish.
Usually the customer service is really good so I was pretty surprised. She was taller, lighter hair with red lipstick. I’ll order online from now on.

Staff is always helpful and friendly! I was able to walk out with exactly what I wanted in my size and a smile on my face. The only consistent complaint that I have with this store, which will keep me from giving it that final star… and I know the employees feel the same, is that it is almost always incredibly hot in the store. If that issue could be fixed, we would be golden!Everything else about it is all positive in my book!
