I hate doing this because I have always been pleased but tonight I was very disappointed. I had pad Thai , my usual. Great Quanity but It was very dry and tasteless.
There are other restrauants in the area that cost less and much better flavor. Sorry but just being honest. They need to do better or I will not be back
We always have a wonderful meal at Tomi Thai. The flavors of every dish are so well balanced. The peanut sauce that comes with the fresh rolls is warm and a perfect balance of salt, sugar, and acid. We love how every dish incorporates a good amount of vegetables, including the Drunken Noodles. The “small” bowl of veggies offered as a side dish is quite generous! The Gai Yaang chicken dish is seasoned so well and comes with a sweet chili sauce that really brings the dish together. Tomi Thai is a truly great value.
Excellent Thai food. I’ve been to many Thai restaurants, and this is definitely one of the better ones. We placed a large order with several allergy considerations, and the woman at the front desk was very knowledgeable and patient, carefully noting every detail.
I would give them five stars, but one item, white rice, was completely missing from the order. Unfortunately, we didn’t realize it until we got home. Aside from that oversight, the experience was very good.
Update: Back 2 years later as I’m traveling through again and it’s still yummy. I ordered Goong Gaborg, Chicken Satay, Pineapple Fried Rice which features both shrimp and chicken, as well as the Pad Thai. Always so good. Ordered enough for a few meals. I waa a happy camper.
I tried going here one day on my travels but they were closed for a private event. So, because I heard such good things, I decided a week and a half later that I’d drive 2hrs back to try again. This time calling ahead to make sure they’d be open. On my way there, about a half hour before arriving, I called to ask if I should order now or wait until I got there as it was inching up on 2pm and they close at 3pm to prepare for dinner service. He had me place my order – Chicken Green Curry, Beef Pad Thai both medium spice and then since they don’t have Crab Rangoon I asked him to suggest an appetizer. He recommended Goong Gaborg. Got that too. About 15mins later I got a text stating it was ready. So, I was super excited to get there quick. Hands down absolutely loved the Goong Gaborg (contains peanuts) – shrimp rolled up with goodness and fried and served with a sweet dipping sauce. You get a bunch of them. They look similar to a taquito but with a wonton wrapper. I’d eat those every day great recommendation, Thank you! The Pad Thai was excellent even better at room temp. And the Green Curry and rice was awesome especially the next day with all those flavors melding. I’m glad I made the trek back. It was good eating. Staff was very friendly. Lucky are the ones that live nearby.

Best Thai food in the area. They make it actually spicy and with lots of flavor- chilies, lime, onions!
