Had two recalls done on a 2021 Chevy Camaro and and said it was just a software update. They didn’t tell me they were going to drive it for 19 miles. Drove my car for 20 something minutes. Hopefully didn’t hot rot it

Went to get a Starbucks gift card I won. Walked out and my credit was pulled 13 times from different banks through thurston, I called to get it situated because im still receiving mail almost a month later about loan qualification. Rich the manager was so rude and told me when thurston pulls credit it goes down by 1 point only, and if there’s “other things wrong with my credit” that its “my issue its going down” and to check with “experian to see”. Experian was the one who alerted me to all of the credit pulls and that it was in fact every single local bank checking it because thurston sent it to them. Rich was getting emotional and angry that I was calling about it (seems like they get calls like this all the time) so I just told him it was whatever because I dont ever want to deal with this place again. I just wanted my gift card and I walked out with 13 credit pulls. Don’t trust those mailers that say you’ve won something because yeah you did! HORRIBLE CREDIT AND CUSTEOMER SERVICE
To Rich and Brad…shame on you for taking advantage of a young girl who just wanted a gift card. Your job is to redeem the mailer not try and ruin a young adults credit

I’m all for hiring handycap people to do a job, but in this case the blonde lady they have working there is so unprofessional , unhelpful, pretty much all around useless, doesn’t know what she’s talking about and I go there for help and she is the only person standing there. This place is doomed. Not only did she try to belittle me which is funny because customers like me that buy cars make her paycheck. She is so undeserving of this position as a sales woman. I would get rid of her immediately because if Thurston is supposed to be family then what is she doing she doesn’t treat anyone with a warm welcome it seemed an inconvenience for her to help me and not only does she have the wrong information when trying to help, the unprofessional employee they chose to hire seems to have a lack of understanding of what’s going on around her.

Not only will they try to screw you in the fine print but as soon as you walk in that building there’s a blonde lady wearing a black ariat vest that is absolutely unprocessed uncaring and so quick to blame the paying customer. She gave wrongful information and lied. GO ANYWHERE ELSE they will screw you any way that they can.READ FINE PRINT. Get a lawyer before you buy a car from here . Place is full of crooks and that woman was the wost customer service representative I’ve ever dealt with.

They were able to squeeze me in on a moments notice with my Chevrolet 3500 HD. I am an out of town customer that has no history with this dealership and they still bent over backwards to help me out on my cross country camping trip. They were able to maintenance my vehicle quickly while I waited. Angel in service was great!
