Stopped by this historic Napa Valley bakery mid-morning on a Friday to test their core menu items and check out the morning logistics.

Signature English Muffins (4-Pack): The clear standout. They feature an excellent, thick crumb structure that holds up perfectly when toasted with plenty of butter. Absolutely lives up to the reputation.

Banana Pull-Apart Muffin: A great, substantial pastry choice. It’s gooey, sticky, and has a much more satisfying and heavy texture than your average banana muffin.

Lemon Bar: Very standard. It’s totally fine if you just want a simple sweet treat, but it tastes pretty much like the basic lemon bars you can find anywhere—nothing particularly memorable.

The bakery was busy with lots of people inside, but the service was remarkably quick. The employees are friendly and know how to keep the line moving efficiently. Parking was easy to find in the street on a Friday morning, though weekend crowds will definitely make things tighter.

Overall, it’s well worth a visit if you are traveling through St. Helena and need a quick coffee, a morning pastry, or a pack of their classic English muffins to take home.

The cafe is very nice. We ordered raspberry croissant, latte and strawberry lemonade. The latte was good. The raspberry croissant was ok. The strawberry lemonade was bad. It tasted like it’s made of instant powder mixture, so bad.

This place was highly recommended by both locals and tourists..I was looking forward to it, but maybe it was the 3 I chose or the time I went (10am) however I was severely underwhelmed as they were dry, kind of bland, and crunchy-but not in a good way..and the price was a bit much. Their bread is delicious and worth the hype and the lemon bar is decent. I’d buy the bread again but that’s it.

Yum!!!!! This was a short walk from our hotel and was a perfect stop for a quick small breakfast. We ended up splitting a breakfast sandwich and it was amazing on their English muffin. Highly recommend this place and would be here three times a week if we lived here.

Cute cafe and bakery in DT Sonoma. This place was buzzing in the late afternoon. We popped in for some coffee and a bite to eat. Service was pretty quick at the counter and I had to go for the slice of veggie pizza and a coffee. A bit pricier which we expected being in this area but we found a small corner table to sit and relax for the time being. They warmed up my pizza and I thought it was quite tasty. They had some good looking pastries but nothing GF for my hubby. Will definitely come back!
