The owner kicked me out of her gym because I did not have my plastic tag to scan that day I forgot my wallet. She proceeded to blow up on me and said we’re not doing this anymore where you’re forgetting your card. I replied and said that I rarely ever forget my card but I forgot my wallet that day and needed my name to be entered in manually. After feeling verbally attacked I started to communicate with Bethany about the way that her lashing out made me feel and she proceeded to say repeatedly I’m not having this conversation, I’m not having this conversation. And she ended up kicking me out of the gym and removing my membership because I confronted her about the way she was treating me which was absolutely the worst experience I’ve ever had in my life with a business owner. I have never been spoken to with so much disrespect and inconsideration in all my life! She is very rude. I’ve also been going to that gym for 10 years. Thanks Bethany, excellent customer service skills 10/10

I love this gym. It has everything I need and great classes too. The owner is updating it and adding beauty and fun all the time. She is fostering an inclusive environment for everyone at the gym. If you’re looking for a gym with a positive environment try the Bar!

This is one of my favorite gyms and makes me wish I was up in Fort Bragg more frequently! Bethany has done a great job getting all the equipment back up and running and fostering a sense of community. If you want a no frills welcoming gym, look no further!

The owner Bethany is very disrespectful and rude. She does not create a very welcoming atmosphere inside of her business. In fact, I attended her Powerlifting event October 18 and she was a complete jerk to everybody and use the excuse because she was pregnant. Seems like you getting yourself pregnant is your responsibility and you shouldn’t pass your attitude off on your attendees. I left my water bottle at the competition and called over and was told it was in their lost and found and I could come get it at any time to get it. I show up today and Bethany has no idea? Laughable at best, And the girl working in the front told me that somebody “ Probably grabbed it thinking it was theirs” So unless you have your patron just rummaging through your lost and found to take things that aren’t theirs that they see fit, you all are liars!!!
