So happy to have this in town. The soft tacos and the add your own toppings bar is great.

The place has good food and could become a regular downtown hot spot if:
1. They improve the atmosphere. Nevada city is all about atmosphere.
2. They replace their AI slop photos with real ones. Nothing more disgusting to prospective diners than seeing these attached images all over the place.
3. Fix the smell of bleach and chlorine in the space so it’s actually appetizing to enter the place.

Love having a new taqueria in this town! Just ate here for the first time. The Nevada Burrito was excellent. My group had a shrimp burrito and a chile relleno plate and they were also delicious. The horchata is tasty and not too sweet. Service is getting dialed in but for a business open for only 24 days they’re doing just fine. I’d share a photo of the food but I ate it already!

Was excited to try but needed dairy free burrito. Specified no cheese, no sour cream but got a burrito with cheese. Bummer, couldn’t eat it so cant truly say much about the food. Salsa was ok, greens better than red. Chip were yummy.

Visiting from out of town (Portland) and we were staying across the street. Came in for a quick snack and our minds were blown. Super fresh fish, perfectly crispy!! A salsa bar with many options that were all very good, and free ships. AND the best churro either of us has ever had…
