The tacos and sopes were all great. The menu is incredibly huge and I’m sure that it’s all good. There’s some seating there next to the truck. Prices are what you expect for a taco truck.

Ordered 2 chicken tacos on a weekend afternoon. Service was very friendly and I enjoyed some chips and salsa during the very brief wait for the food. The food was neatly packed and great portion size.

I had the birria ramen and the al pastor tacos today, and they were absolutely delicious. The ramen was rich and flavorful with tender meat, and the tacos were perfectly seasoned with a great balance of savory and sweet. Definitely a meal worth coming back for.

I have never seen this kind of burger before. It’s called birria bacon cheese burger. You guys should try it! It was super good. Portion was really good. The fries that they give you on side is probably might be enough for 3 people. Definitely will be back!

I just moved into the area and we noticed El Jefe truck near the US Pro gas station while refueling. One day we decided to try it. To our amazement, he has a lot of foods to choose from and the photos on the truck looks delicious. We ordered 4 carne tacos, Loaded nacho, birria, steak fries, and horata drink. The foods are so good with good size portions! We been back twice and the owner and his family is very friendly with great customer service. I would highly recommend you try this place. This will be our regular place we go from now on. Thank you!
