The best fish tacos you will ever eat I promise you. The piece of fish on these tacos is a big piece of fish. He does not skimp on the chunk of fish .
They are Very flavorful. I’ve ate burritos and other foods at this truck and all the food is really really good.

My husband and i often come here while on vacation. The owner of the food truck is super friendly, the food is excellent – the best El Pastor Plate i ever had – just a great place!

I’m saying this with the utmost sincerity. This place has the most incredibly delicious burritos. I can’t count how many visits we’ve had and it’s been incredible each and every time.

We don’t have many options up here in the foothills, but even if we did you can’t beat the food at this Taco truck. Very big portions and extremely tasty! Jose is the best hands down!
