I hate to leave bad reviews but don’t bother ordering “fresco” here. They’ll cover everything in cheese. If you’re vegan or have food allergies maybe steer clear of this location

This WAS my favorite Taco Bell.
I drove up to the drive thru and ordered 2 family packs all with extra sour cream. Suddenly I remembered I didn’t order them with no meat. I hurry to the drive up window and tell the gal I’m so sorry I do not eat meat so no meat please. She grabs her manager and he tells me very uncaringly sorry but we all ready made one family pack with meat and were not fixing it for you. REALLY??? I wasn’t asking for a refund I just needed my order to be right for all my little kiddos waiting for me at the party that were hungry and can’t eat meat. I just couldn’t believe the service and how I was talked to.
Then when I get home I found not even one of my burritos or tacos had sour cream on them even tho I was charged $13.60 for the extra sour cream.
I was treated rudely and disrespectfully.
I do not feel valued as a customer and I will not be returning to this Taco Bell ever again‼️

I ordered 4 luxe craving boxes, and they gave me a brick of napkins with my order. Great service. I used thire fancy iPad to order my food and drink. Unfortunately, the iPad doesn’t print receipts, and I need physical to show the IRS that I’m a really human eating food and can receive a tax return l. Dumb iPad. I asked the cashier if they could print my receipt, and he happily applied. Now I can sleep knowing that the IRS won’t come for me.

Tried the new Cantina Chicken Crispy Taco since it was free by using the Taco Bell app. I didn’t really enjoy the taco shell itself, didn’t taste fresh IMO. The chicken itself was ok but I wouldn’t really order this again. However, I do appreciate the free sample, it satisfied my hunger for a little while 🙂
