Drive thru associate asked what kind of sauce I wanted, I said “mild” she entered hot sauce. I pull up to the window and explain I would like mild sauce, she looks at me and rolls her eyes, I get home and she added more HOT sauce to my bag.

Smells like sewage. App placed my order at the wrong location and nobody came to the counter to help, despite multiple people looking at me from the back. No way to ask for help correcting the order.

I was picking up an online order, which notified me that the order was ready. I stood there at the counter and waited for 10 min. Without 1 worker acknowledging me & on top of that, I had 2 wait another 10 min for the order 2 be ready!

Typical Taco Bell. This location is clean and convenient for students across from SSU campus. Students love to eat here as there’s limited options in walking distance.
