Went through the drive thru and placed my order, didn’t look at it drove to the beach to eat noticed that half my order was missing and not right. Called and spoke to the manager and she stated we got someone else’s order. We went back and the manager was very apologetic and she told the back to recook our whole order and the young kids said “all of it” and she said yes. But the way the younger crew spoke to her it’s pretty obvious she has issues with her crew. I give kudos to the manager for putting up with what she has to work with and appreciate the fact that she made it right.
Workers will complain about making your order, enough so that you can purposefully hear them. Inconsistent most days, some shifts are wonderful. Long lines or no long lines, you’ll still be waiting 20 minutes to get your food. Don’t ask for any changes with your food, like extra onions. Always seem they put less than normal out spite. Hands down the worst taco bell location I’ve been to.
When you need a quick, reliable meal for a busy family of five, the Taco Bell on M Street in Crescent City is a surprisingly solid choice. We end up grabbing food here pretty regularly, and I have to say, the service is consistently fast and friendly. Navigating the recently remodeled drive-thru is an absolute breeze, making it incredibly convenient for a quick evening pickup.
The staff always does a fantastic job handling our large orders without missing any items or forgetting the sauce packets, which is a huge relief when you are heading home to feed a hungry crew. My eight-year-old son and his siblings love customizing their soft tacos and bean burritos, and the kitchen always gets those specific modifications perfectly right. I usually go for the classic Crunchwrap Supreme or a cheese quesadilla, and the food quality is exactly what you expect from the brand—hot, fresh, and consistently well put together.
The dining room is also kept remarkably clean if you prefer to eat inside, and the self-serve kiosks make entering a large family order so much less stressful. With their prices remaining very affordable, it is incredibly easy to treat the whole household without overspending. Whether you are grabbing a quick lunch during a busy workday or picking up an easy dinner, this location is efficiently run and always hits the spot. It is definitely a great local fast-food staple.

Almost every time I come here, they mess my order up. The food is not not hot and the burritos are very skimpy
