I came here for dinner before work last week and I was very disappointed with the food. I had never gotten taco bell food as small portioned/skimpy as I did at this location. It tasted okay but I ate 3 food items in like 6-7 bites and it did not satisfy me at all. It is the order I always get at every taco bell which usually always satisfies my cravings, but not this time at this location. I was disappointed, but it is what it is. I might give it 1 more chance sometime if I feel up to it.

WORST TACO BELL EVER. Literally AS I was sitting in drive through, reading the reviews about 30 min wait times and missing items. I my self was 25 min in to drive through AND now i come to find out i am missing my cheesy steak burrito, an over $6 item. These other reviews were over a YEAR old, so obviously this has been goin on for a while. If working at Taco Bell is too complicated for you then quit or find another job? WORST TACO BELL EVER. Probably the worst taco bell I’ve ever been to. It’s not even my first time here, I should’ve learned my lesson the first time this place gave me terrible food.
They couldn’t hear me over the speaker, the chicken was extremely burnt, they gave me the wrong sauces and I had to go in and ask for more. When I did go inside for bell sauce they said they were out, then I asked for honey mustard, they said they were out, so I just asked for more ranch sauce and he reluctantly went to the back and came out with… Surprise! Bell sauce.
Lying because they just want me to go away is the only way I can interpret that given the context of all the other horrible aspects of this visit.
The cherry on top is that all the sauces had cuts in them. Health hazard and shouldn’t take someone with enough reasoning capacity to see that and not hand it to a customer.

The food was great and normal as usual. Service was horrible. 3 employees stood outside talking, and another came out for a few minutes. We had an online order. No one was in line. The man at the window asked me to park, and he would bring it out. We waited for 15 minutes with nothing. I checked the app, and it said it was ready. I walked in to check, and as I walked in, a lady put the bag on the counter of delivery/ pick-ups. If I did not go in and check for my order, it would have sat there. This store has very horrible service and bad communication all around.
