Sandwiches are good, but their time estimate is for order completion is very poor. Ordered 3 Sandwiches at 9:59am. They said it would be 20-30 min. Sandwiches were not ready until 11:52am – Almost an hour! Just be honest with the time of completion and I would just arrive in an hour!

Consistently the least expensive and most delicious option for up-valley lunch! The deli is famously well stocked with meats and cheeses and the market itself has excellent organic produce, a cheerful and knowledgeable staff, and a generally comforting atmosphere.
Call ~30 minutes ahead to minimize the wait time for your sandwiches, and don’t sleep on the packaged buñuelos next to the butcher.

I have been eating the delicious food at Sunshine Foods my entire life. They have the highest quality and are super knowledgeable and helpful. They have decent sushi and a cheese department with a fromager that rivals all others!
