place seems majorly shady. i asked some basic questions about a listed 1999 vw cabrio. price on carfax was almost 10k (pfft) and when i was contacted about it i was told it was around 8k. i received no clarification. none of my questions were answered and were dodged. i was told to inquire about the state of the car (i asked about the soft top and rust) i’d just have to see it in person. i live out of state and i won’t make the journey if it’s a pile of rust with a torn soft top. asked for more pictures other than the blurry strange angled side view. nothing. confirmed a 2:30 call; confirmed said call; was then contacted and told that the car “wasn’t making it through the shop.” mhm. that it was soooo messed up it wasn’t worth fixing. now either someone’s lying because i was too nosey, which denotes its own problems, or we’re listing cars we haven’t even taken a look at. i have no patience for shady dealers.

Everything was done over text and the dealer even came to my house dropped off the new car and picked up my old car. Very smooth process.

Dropped off my Chevy suv and the guy David was so helpful, professional and such a nice guy. He was doing multiple things at once and still was so polite and fast with the paperwork. You know how sometimes u go in a place and they take their sweet time and takes forever. He even got an Uber which was only literally a 2 mins wait. He seemed very efficient and fast. Loved that!! He should get a raise.
