My husband and I love the outdoors and all things related so we really wanted to love this store but everytime we have gone there the employees were rude and unhelpful and treated us like a burden if we had a question about Anything! So after the last time trying it again its just proven to be not worth it because it doesn’t feel good getting treated like crap ever and especially if you are spending a lot of money as well.

Great customer service. I was in the back of the store at the “pew pew” counter. They had a decent selection, and both sales associates who assisted me were great. They showed me numerous styles, made recommendations based on my stature, and physical limitations, until I found exactly what I wanted. Overall great experience!

Danner used to make a good product. I’ve had shoes from Walmart that held up better than the soles of the boots I bought here. Not even rubber. Literally foam. Total trash
Peaky Pelone
Absolutely worst customer service on the Earth. I was five times in this store, trying to purchase the handgun. First time I was rejected cause I didn’t have my physical green card because it was in the process, but I had federal confirmation that I am the legal owner. Second time I was rejected because I pressed the wrong button on the questionnaire, which I partially understand this country wants to do everything that’s necessary to stop you from buying firearm. Third time I was rejected because I haven’t had valid proof of address, I have PO Box on my ID, this time I had my title my registration my telephone bill everything was there, but they didn’t wanna cooperate.
So the same day I went to RMI Outdoors and they issued me fishing license and sell me the gun immediately.
Shame on this store I will never come back here

This store is enormous. It’s a great combination of REI, Academy, and Bass Pro all together. You’ll have a section for pretty much every kind of outdoor activity you can think of from hunting to paintball to backpacking and fishing. If you like the outdoors at all you should stop just to browse their aisles.
