Planning a special moment is overwhelming and slightly stressful. Sheryl and her husband took a weight off my shoulders. Sheryl explained the contract in detail. Where there were no unexpected charges. They also provide a game package. That fits toddlers and teenagers. As well as helping with the cleaning during the special occasion. They were on site the whole time we were there. To deal with any issues. Thank you so much for helping me stress less during my daughter’s quince. The night was memorable. She enjoyed every second.

We held our daughter’s Quince at Special Times Venue. We had an amazing experience. Sherry and Ralph (owners) are very accommodating and helpful through your the whole process from beginning to end. They set up all chairs and table and also put them all away, for Anyone having a large party, this is a big help! I would highly recommend this location for your event. We had around 150+ guests attend. There was plenty of space for guests. They provided table and chairs. Plenty of parking. Looks so beautiful in the evening with all the lights. For a hot August day there was plenty of cool shade from the trees for the guest when our party started at 5pm. We received many compliments during the event from guests regarding how nice the venue is.

Sherri and Ralph were both exceptional hosts for my family’s event and I would highly recommend their venue. Very attentive and helpful with planning and keeping their venue clean and organized. They helped set up tables and chairs the way we wanted and they provided ice and coolers which helped us out a lot. I would definitely rent their venue out again for our next event 10/10!
