I stopped by Sourdough & Co. while taking a walk while my car changed car charging and I’m really glad I did. I ordered the Cholula Chicken Sandwich and the Chicken Salad sandwich. Both were excellent. The bread lived up to the name perfectly soft with that classic sourdough texture.
What really stood out, though, was the overall experience. The staff were attentive and genuinely friendly, which made the visit even more enjoyable. I visited the location next to Safeway in Rohnert Park. It was was also spotless, which is a pet peeve for me.
All in all, a great find. I’ll definitely be back next time I’m in the area.

I came in right at closing time – I know that’s so annoying, but I was craving their bread very much. I’m not joking when I say this was the best sandwich ever! The kind you want to take to the beach, so scrumptious, the bread was perfectly fresh and warm from the oven. I had a cold ham and turkey with Swiss sandwich and the warm bread and sandwich filling hit the spot 100%! And the guys in there working were so nice and appreciative and I didn’t get any signs of annoyance. I love it there. Going to try a hot sandwich next time!! The photo looks messy and doesn’t do justice to how bomb it was. Thank you so much for serving me!

My experience at this sandwich establishment was just the worst. I originally called this place in advanced to order 2 pesto sandwiches for my girlfriend (who I was trying to meet with) and I so that I could simply pay at the register, collect my order, and be on my way, as I was in a hurry. I arrived 10 minutes later to see the only employee on shift that evening outside talking with a friend, which is no big deal on its own, but upon entering the restaurant I was charged for my order only to find out that my order hadn’t even been started yet! This was baffling to me because I had given the employee a good estimate of when I would be arriving. So for whatever reason, this employee decided to not prepare my order ahead of time and talk with a friend outside. It was admittedly pretty annoying because it was not a busy evening, there were 2 customers eating already and 1 walk-in customer after I had arrived. So this employee had plenty of time to prepare the food ahead of time and not delay me by 10-15 minutes but chose to take a break *before* completing the order for some reason? So I ended up behind schedule because of said employee and if that wasn’t enough of a disappointment, the sandwiches weren’t even good! It was the most flavorless pesto chicken sandwich I’ve ever had. Truly felt like I was just eating a baguette. Well and truly not worth 35 dollars between the poor service and the flavorless “pesto” sandwich. I can’t in good conscience recommend this restaurant to anyone who looks for good service or even the most basic flavor in their meals.

5/5 stars! Amazing restaurant with great food and awesome staff. I come here almost every week and the employees are always so friendly and welcoming. The sandwiches are always fresh, the portions are great, and the customer service is always top tier! You can tell the staff really care about their customers. It’s easily one of my favorite spots in town, I recommend this place all the time and will definitely keep coming back!
