About a year ago I went to West Coast sourdough and the clam chowder was very fishy. After having this clam chowder it reminded me of real clam chowder directly from Boston and it was delicious and so was the sourdough bread bowl. I hope to see one of these locations open in the Seattle area. If I could get 10 Stars I would.

I am convinced these people are purposely doing everything wrong, the first 3 times I went here great food it was always worth getting and the past couple months when I started coming again and when i order online I get the sandwich but they make no adjustments to my order, pay for extra stuff? Nope not getting it, ask them to take something out? Not happening either. Every time I go in to order its the same thing and the people are always so rude and I get food poisoning

I went in. It was me and one other customer. We ordered our food. We waited for 15 minutes, and I got the wrong order which means the other guy got the wrong order. How hard is it to get your order straight with two customers I cannot comprehend the incompetence of the staff. It is infuriating. I spent $18 on a sandwich and I didn’t even get the sandwich that I bought. I ordered a roast beef sandwich and I got the other dudes turkey sandwich has to be honest I don’t even care how good it looks cause it’s not what I ordered

This was the first time that I have ever visited one of these shops and they were not busy when I was there. I immediately went to where I thought was the beginning of the line just to find out that you’re supposed to order at the other side where the worker was casually standing behind the register. Lol. I told him that it was my first time here and asked what some of the most common items were that people order only for him to give me a sassy attitude back. And then he must not have heard me because I was being charged for things I did not order, and when I told the worker, he said, “No worries, I won’t put it on your sandwich.” And he was still trying to charge me extra for what I didn’t want! And you can only imagine how the customer service was after that…not good.
