Horrible, went in to get a pair of birks i’m a 9.5 m i tried the 10 in the color way i wanted. A little big, so i wanted to try on a size 9 in a different color way. I asked the lady to grab a 9 she goes onto say “what color” I say it really doesn’t matter i’m only interested in black. So she begins to argue with me that i’m obviously a size 9 and she would be wasting her time. A solid 15 seconds of her just turning me down. I am a 9.5 idk weather I want them a bit big or a bit tight. Lost a customer, I would’ve had her order em for me if she would’ve just complied. Extremely Rude and entitled lady. Love, Black boston’s.

They are the best. Great selection, small for dudea. But the service is great and what they do have is excellent. Prices are reasonable for what you are buying. Shopping online saves ya a couple dollars, but that’s it. So happy to support the business.
